The journey: "We have to go back."
So, after the vacation back to the Philippines, let me begin by saying: I am and feel truly blessed to have the family I do. I really do not think I could have had better or more hospitable hosts for the 21 days while I was there.

The final countdown.
I’m currently at Gate N6 at Ninoy Aquino International, waiting to board the plane at 9:45, then a 13 hour flight before arriving at home in San Francisco. It’s been an amazing three weeks despite getting sick most of the final week.
Hopefully, it won’t be another 10-11 years before I come back. I’ll come up with a more lengthier and complete post in the States. In short, I’m truly blessed and...
I’m wondering where can I go see Iron Man 2 here in the Philippines, but not in Manila, since I’m nowhere near there. I’ve tried using my apps and websites, but to no avail, help a fellow geek out.

Since the Super Bowl XXXVII hangover, it’s been hard to admit you’re a proud Raiders fan. However, you do it anyways because you take the good along with the bad (and sometimes downright awful).
This, along with some of the draft picks and acquisitions this offseason, make me opimistic to be a Raiders fan. Hopefully, we can get at least an 8-8 record, especially in a pretty average...

I’m still here in Lagubang, President Roxas. I’ve sort lost track what day it is around (or how long I’ve been) here, but I think it was Cinco de Mayo yesterday, so I spent that drinking some of the 750 mL Tanduay 5 years, which is probably the sweetest tasting rum I’ve had. Ever.
